Terms of service

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Upload content you have no right to distribute; use the platform to sell anything illegal; attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; resell access to it without a written agreement; or use it to send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.

You keep every right in the courses, media, and student relationships you bring to or build on Anesty. You grant us the licence we need to host, back up, transcode, and display that content in order to run the service — and nothing wider than that. We claim no ownership, and we will not use your content to promote Anesty without asking you first.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Transaction fees, where the plan carries them, are charged on each sale made through the platform. Prices exclude tax unless stated otherwise. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your account.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. New paid subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee — write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it without asking why.

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. The service is otherwise provided as-is: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. Either way, you can export your data for 30 days after the account closes, after which it is deleted.

We will email you at least 30 days before a material change to these terms takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
